COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner SM312DMS-38577 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Banner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Banner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner such as the Q60BB6LAF1400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 92401082028 manufactured by Bei and we are pleased to be able to service most Bei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SM312FandIAT23S by Manufacturer Banner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bei Brand HS25F62R10BS1024ABZC28VVSM12S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bei such as H25DSS1000AB24VOCRSM16 equipment made by Bei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bei" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Q236E46435 made by Banner as well as the popular MUSC1MSR1224 original spares produced by Banner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OHDK10P5101S35A by Baumer and H25DSS1000AB24VOCRSM16 spares by Bei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GMP10LT1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baumer. |
