COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner SM2A312LV/25964 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baumer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bently-Nevada product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baumer such as the IGF122425K109 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BIIV58Q1625A1024C17 manufactured by Baumer and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 215040000081002 by Manufacturer Bently-Nevada as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Buhler Brand N4VA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bernstein such as KCNT18PS013KLPS12V equipment made by Bernstein have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bernstein products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bernstein" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available STD6131 made by Brandt as well as the popular 330171XXXX100205OR142824088 original spares produced by Bently-Nevada Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RF8H2G1N by Bindicator and KCNT18PS013KLPS12V spares by Bernstein are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
