COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner SGE4-300Q8 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dungs products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dover parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynapar product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dungs such as the DMVD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SUPB325000DTXRZ manufactured by Dover and we are pleased to be able to service most Dover systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 61CAEF240A000 by Manufacturer Dynapar as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dynisco Brand PT460E15M6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by North-Star such as RIMLD600600PPR equipment made by North-Star have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire North-Star products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "North-Star" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available S510000 made by Cognex as well as the popular 1600A original spares produced by Westinghouse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CI16SSW by Coti and RIMLD600600PPR spares by North-Star are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 05BU0411945 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dual. |
