COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner Q60VR3LAF2000Q1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynisco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Det product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynisco such as the G8600001CK199 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the L25JSB1000 manufactured by Bei and we are pleased to be able to service most Bei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 00232601 by Manufacturer Det as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baumer Brand HXC13C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Encoder such as 725NSS0360RHV1F1SXNN equipment made by Encoder have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Encoder products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Encoder" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available USR5612YP2 made by Banner-Engineering as well as the popular PS51442424P16M09 original spares produced by Electro Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDT462F1235C3246A by Dynisco and 725NSS0360RHV1F1SXNN spares by Encoder are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H25ESS4000M2ABZC8830EM18S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bei. |
