COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner Q60VR3LAF1400Q1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baumuller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Barden parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Banner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baumuller such as the BM4433SI00120003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PBL16 manufactured by Barden and we are pleased to be able to service most Barden systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature US7212Y by Manufacturer Banner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Banner-Engineering Brand LEDB70XD5XQ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Basler-C-Mount such as A101p equipment made by Basler-C-Mount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Basler-C-Mount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Basler-C-Mount" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A631f made by Basler as well as the popular 70BK02BE original spares produced by Bbc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M506H010700 by Bautz and A101p spares by Basler-C-Mount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GX7SZ01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baumer. |
