COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner PresensePlusP4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Banner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynamics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner such as the PVA375P6Q spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 82500281R manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SST11E407CC000 by Manufacturer Dynamics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bei Brand H38D12NB28VVCCWSCCENS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Deisslingen such as 757598 equipment made by Deisslingen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Deisslingen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Deisslingen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 924010051304 made by Bei as well as the popular F20595 original spares produced by Dittel Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 09T9114D1 by Baumer and 757598 spares by Deisslingen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ISDP016 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dwyer. |
