COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner PD45VP6C300 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Barber-Colman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bently-Nevada product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Barber-Colman such as the K08I12336000B34 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ASIA56A0418 manufactured by Baumer and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 330171XXXX100205OR142824088 by Manufacturer Bently-Nevada as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Banner Brand PVA225N6Q in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bei such as H25DSBCW8GC88C30ED25S924 equipment made by Bei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bei" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H25GSB1250ABZC8830LEDED25S made by Bei as well as the popular CPS220340012 original spares produced by Beck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H25DSS10000M5ABZ7406LEDSM16 by Bei and H25DSBCW8GC88C30ED25S924 spares by Bei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
