COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner IA1.520SMTA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Brad-Harrison products, including obsoleted and phased-out Banner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Barber-Colman product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Brad-Harrison such as the 803P603 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QS30LDL manufactured by Banner and we are pleased to be able to service most Banner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HS8201HS8201 by Manufacturer Barber-Colman as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baumer Brand FECK07P6901KS35A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bradley such as S45960 equipment made by Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bradley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H25DSS12GC28V0CCCWSM1419S made by Bei as well as the popular BI40CP80FDZ30X2B1131 original spares produced by Bi40 Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L25G5000T2ABZC7406SC12S by Bei and S45960 spares by Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3309020060100100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bently-Nevada. |
