COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner GMMSDINT-1T2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yasnac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the J2Q03AD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JANCDFC900C1 manufactured by Yasnac and we are pleased to be able to service most Yasnac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC752WTG572 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hitachi Brand IO24AI024A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as IC600YB814B equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GP931C1 made by Honeywell as well as the popular KDV31100220300220 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the I300MB by Fusion-Systems-Corp and IC600YB814B spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GP570TC2124VP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proface. |
