COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner Engineering WLAW190X180Q parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baumer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Barrett-Electronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baumer such as the UNDK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HS35F100SS20 manufactured by Bei and we are pleased to be able to service most Bei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8073030R2 by Manufacturer Barrett-Electronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Beckhoff Brand C7031 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bei-Motion-Systems such as 01484100300200 equipment made by Bei-Motion-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bei-Motion-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bei-Motion-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C780300010010 made by Beckhoff as well as the popular 14973202 original spares produced by Beck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AM30230D410000 by Beckhoff and 01484100300200 spares by Bei-Motion-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9240170117 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bei. |
