COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner Engineering USR1624YP2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Behr products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumuller-Nurnberg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bei product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Behr such as the SEC00001219 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BUS6VCAE002200000000 manufactured by Baumuller-Nurnberg and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumuller-Nurnberg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H25ESS900ABZC7406RLEDEM18 by Manufacturer Bei as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bec-Elektronic-As Brand BUF121SIOV21MFB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bayne such as 01B11221021 equipment made by Bayne have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bayne products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bayne" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HDM made by Bau-Seite as well as the popular BUM61VCA01001 original spares produced by Baumuller Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CPPC71320001 by Beckhoff and 01B11221021 spares by Bayne are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BVS2530Z Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Barmag. |
