COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner Engineering USE4824Y parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Barden products, including obsoleted and phased-out Beckhoff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Barrett-Electronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Barden such as the LP40MM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AX2003AS manufactured by Beckhoff and we are pleased to be able to service most Beckhoff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8073030R2 by Manufacturer Barrett-Electronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Behr Brand 77441 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baumaśller such as 39915D equipment made by Baumaśller have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baumaśller products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baumaśller" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CX8190 made by Beckhoff as well as the popular MIL10S2CN0005PA1112760 original spares produced by Baumer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BPSC20 by Bbi and 39915D spares by Baumaśller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C28LC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bbi. |
