COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner Engineering P4CORS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Northstar-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hyde-Park parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Videojet product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Northstar-Technologies such as the R61024ZS2LC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SP116 manufactured by Hyde-Park and we are pleased to be able to service most Hyde-Park systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SP384073 by Manufacturer Videojet as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand U310 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nematron-Corp such as PVS53552001001 equipment made by Nematron-Corp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nematron-Corp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nematron-Corp" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available T161902 made by Moog as well as the popular TBN206 original spares produced by Parvex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGDM75ADAPY33 by Yaskawa and PVS53552001001 spares by Nematron-Corp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SPD300480Y3M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-hammer. |
