COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner Engineering P4COR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Berkeley-Process products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Moore-Products product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Berkeley-Process such as the USA42235 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P4KLAM04005 manufactured by Mro and we are pleased to be able to service most Mro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QLCDM024DCBAN by Manufacturer Moore-Products as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand PPCR022NNT2NNNNFW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Force-Computers such as SYS68KCPU30ZBEC20 equipment made by Force-Computers have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Force-Computers products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Force-Computers" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available T40B made by Torque as well as the popular V400H211 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TV301NAV by Varian and SYS68KCPU30ZBEC20 spares by Force-Computers are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SS5V2E4K53 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Smc. |
