COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner Engineering MS4316B2-AC1-15X-05R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baumuller-Nurnberg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bautz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baumuller product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baumuller-Nurnberg such as the GNAG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSK manufactured by Bautz and we are pleased to be able to service most Bautz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BUS315 by Manufacturer Baumuller as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baumuller-Nurnberg Brand BUS2040 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baumuller-Nurnberg such as BUG33530B003 equipment made by Baumuller-Nurnberg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baumuller-Nurnberg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baumuller-Nurnberg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H25DSS25 made by Bei as well as the popular M406C0010130000 original spares produced by Bautz Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BUM62F75 by Baumuller and BUG33530B003 spares by Baumuller-Nurnberg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GHTS46 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baumuller. |
