COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner B4-1500AM.1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Barber-Colman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Barksdale parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bei product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Barber-Colman such as the BarberColman580 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PS716VN manufactured by Barksdale and we are pleased to be able to service most Barksdale systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M25GXL4096NXD6CREC25S5 by Manufacturer Bei as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Banner Brand CR5A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Banner such as VS3RN5XLPQ equipment made by Banner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Banner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Banner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MUSFDINT1T2 made by Banner as well as the popular 3307809100 original spares produced by Bently-Nevada Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3301010016100200 by Bently-Nevada and VS3RN5XLPQ spares by Banner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 924010025481 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bei. |
