COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Balluff BTM-A1-101 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baumer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bbc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baumer such as the ZADM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GXMMWA20Z004 manufactured by Baumer and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TWK by Manufacturer Bbc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Barnstead Brand FB1415M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baumuller such as BUS61304554M12VCAC1069151400000000 equipment made by Baumuller have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baumuller products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baumuller" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MS4316B2AC115X05R made by Banner-Engineering as well as the popular MSCA1T6 original spares produced by Banner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SCA64074FM by Basler-Vision-Technologies and BUS61304554M12VCAC1069151400000000 spares by Baumuller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
