COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Balluff BTL2-A21-0762-Z-S32 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Blh products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bently-Nevada parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baumer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Blh such as the 46303 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3536 manufactured by Bently-Nevada and we are pleased to be able to service most Bently-Nevada systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FSF100A2001 by Manufacturer Baumer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cognex Brand 4G7S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cleveland-kidder such as CLTEC1T equipment made by Cleveland-kidder have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cleveland-kidder products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cleveland-kidder" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available cg26s50k made by Coti as well as the popular 3CTDM75 original spares produced by Chemineer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Q60VR3LAF2000Q1 by Banner and CLTEC1T spares by Cleveland-kidder are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EZSCREEN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Banner-Engineering. |
