COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Balluff BNI DNT-302-000-Z005 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the IC693MDL250AA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC600BF827K manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A16B2203037013E by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gould Brand D15AB03 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kulicke--Soffa such as KTC1001 equipment made by Kulicke--Soffa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kulicke--Soffa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kulicke--Soffa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3355D made by Industrial-Solid-State-Controls,-Inc as well as the popular A1SJ71QC24R2 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BFDSPY010 by Beta-Tech and KTC1001 spares by Kulicke--Soffa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TX400MTBHSG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lithonia-Lighting. |
