COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Balluff BIS M-626-069-A01-06-ST31 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bently-Nevada products, including obsoleted and phased-out Datalogic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Corning product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bently-Nevada such as the 3536 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS6300100010 manufactured by Datalogic and we are pleased to be able to service most Datalogic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FGMS04501 by Manufacturer Corning as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cognex Brand IS540011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Drc such as 39R11B036001524H equipment made by Drc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Drc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Drc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H25DSS300ABZ7273RSM16S made by Bei as well as the popular 9243IP65 original spares produced by Burster Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BLA001 by Balluff and 39R11B036001524H spares by Drc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SLSCE301800Q8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Banner. |
