COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Balluff 516-300-S162-S4-D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Banner-Engineering product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the BTL5A11M0305BS32 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT40DXHSS64N64N1024T manufactured by Bei and we are pleased to be able to service most Bei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SLPE25830P8 by Manufacturer Banner-Engineering as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Banner-Engineering Brand LX24EQ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Boonton such as 51075 equipment made by Boonton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Boonton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Boonton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available S81024LJ04CLF made by Danaher as well as the popular 30MPA1PHSA1 original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SLSR30150Q8 by Banner and 51075 spares by Boonton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BTL2E101250KK05 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff. |
