COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baasel Lasertech 220U parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balluff-Micropulse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bachmann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Banner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff-Micropulse such as the BTL5A11M0610ZSU051S32 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPC manufactured by Bachmann and we are pleased to be able to service most Bachmann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSXLE3624 by Manufacturer Banner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BNS816B06THA16G0211 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Banner such as SLSP14 equipment made by Banner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Banner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Banner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BMLV18C made by Banner as well as the popular 500527200 original spares produced by Bach-simpson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A031544 by Balance-Dynamics-Corp. and SLSP14 spares by Banner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSR2024 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Banner. |
