COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the B & R 1045 8V1045.00-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cincinnati parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the 50KPARH12S4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BDS421023414W25 manufactured by Cincinnati and we are pleased to be able to service most Cincinnati systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SD26M1A05TR by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Control-Techniques Brand 120103E13 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Benshaw such as RSI010S44W equipment made by Benshaw have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Benshaw products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Benshaw" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available T3105CEB2 made by Bimba as well as the popular CI015P4 original spares produced by Cerus Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MD8072CB by Baldor and RSI010S44W spares by Benshaw are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HD60FK650 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carrier. |
