COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Axiome 201-040070-E12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Br products, including obsoleted and phased-out Br parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Balance-Systems product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Br such as the P2IF2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8LSA55R0030D3000 manufactured by Br and we are pleased to be able to service most Br systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9SRVM2511TD280 by Manufacturer Balance-Systems as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BOS18MRPA1HAS4C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bailey such as 6622208A1 equipment made by Bailey have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bailey products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bailey" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4PP4201043B5 made by Br as well as the popular 5PP520121400 original spares produced by Br Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BTL2A70460 by Balluff and 6622208A1 spares by Bailey are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 35S3360087G1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
