COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Axi Dyne Tol-o-matic 0008-18AL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumuller parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 B--R product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the IHH210E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BUM60081654B001 manufactured by Baumuller and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumuller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8BVF0880H0000001 by Manufacturer B--R as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand VS1MXS552T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as UM4100203S equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDH2A05TBRB20 made by Baldor as well as the popular FO0413RampJJ original spares produced by Bimba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ID15H203E by Baldor and UM4100203S spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SKC3400220 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Control-Techniques. |
