COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Axcelis Technologies 313808M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balance-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aydin product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balance-Systems such as the 9DAVM20904070 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CE707T manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8035642003A by Manufacturer Aydin as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Badger-Meter Brand 25964U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Badger such as PFT1E equipment made by Badger have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Badger products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Badger" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 53193030100900 made by Aydin-Displays as well as the popular BISM4703900306S115 original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M760T by Baldor and PFT1E spares by Badger are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MT4525DTYXB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
