COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Avtron 77A-1D-240-UC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Aydin products, including obsoleted and phased-out B+r parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Br product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Aydin such as the 4605592501J spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5PC720121400 manufactured by B+r and we are pleased to be able to service most B+r systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5C200202 by Manufacturer Br as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand EM4110T5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Br such as 8LSA44EB060D2000 equipment made by Br have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Br products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Br" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 39N090W591 made by Baldor as well as the popular 8I64S2000180001 original spares produced by Br Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BES516300S249S4D by Balluff and 8LSA44EB060D2000 spares by Br are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5P8140605500400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Br. |
