COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hardinge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the CM2450Class3020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CRM510 manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CN001179167 by Manufacturer Hardinge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl--Fuchs Brand DM1515TAGPN0N0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mic-Modular such as FP1700M equipment made by Mic-Modular have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mic-Modular products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mic-Modular" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CP10G040045 made by Exor as well as the popular DE6425339 original spares produced by Yasakawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIM80225D2TS by Sencon and FP1700M spares by Mic-Modular are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EA7S6MR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Automation-Direct.
