COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Autotech SAC-M1020 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Strongarm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynics such as the WX17PTATX7A142XPL80ZF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XBTGT6340 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS181 by Manufacturer Strongarm as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Smarteye Brand SP102301 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Advanced such as AL4554 equipment made by Advanced have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Advanced products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Advanced" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XBTP012010 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular UW180171 original spares produced by Forma-Scientific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CLV4312010 by Sick and AL4554 spares by Advanced are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XBTGT1135 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
