COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Autotech Controls Digisolver parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor-Sihi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Br product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 10516C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A335027 manufactured by Baldor-Sihi and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor-Sihi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6PPT30070220B by Manufacturer Br as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BESIKVK045PS1Y in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ball such as ML080QTCD9S equipment made by Ball have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ball products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ball" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BSM80N75BA made by Baldor as well as the popular CPU7X original spares produced by Baasel-Lasertech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BNS519D3 by Balluff and ML080QTCD9S spares by Ball are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M704T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor-Dayton. |
