COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Autonics TZ4ST-24R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eagle-Signal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mark-10 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Matsushita-Nais product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eagle-Signal such as the HP50A6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DC4020 manufactured by Mark-10 and we are pleased to be able to service most Mark-10 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TH142U by Manufacturer Matsushita-Nais as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Diasys Brand FXAIM04AUP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Beckhoff such as BC9000 equipment made by Beckhoff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beckhoff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beckhoff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 560A made by Barber-Colman as well as the popular DTA4896RO original spares produced by Delta Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 05327902REVA by Measurex and BC9000 spares by Beckhoff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC693MDL930G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
