COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Autonics MD5-HF28 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bosch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Boston parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bailey-258546c1 product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bosch such as the R165122320 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F72125B5G manufactured by Boston and we are pleased to be able to service most Boston systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BAILEY258546C1 by Manufacturer Bailey-258546c1 as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Boston Brand LOR200PAP20T1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bonfigioli such as MVF86P equipment made by Bonfigioli have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bonfigioli products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bonfigioli" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available V05UPD14HS made by Bonfigioli as well as the popular 384299919000127 original spares produced by Bosch Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F701010B5J by Boston and MVF86P spares by Bonfigioli are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F72130B5G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Boston. |
