COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Automation Peripherals TA1002 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Autonics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Br parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bailey-Infi90 product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Autonics such as the BW2044 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8V1640132 manufactured by Br and we are pleased to be able to service most Br systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 41073U by Manufacturer Bailey-Infi90 as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bailey Brand D32P4812111B120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor-Dodge such as P4BBAR215 equipment made by Baldor-Dodge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor-Dodge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor-Dodge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VEBM3546 made by Baldor as well as the popular IDVSWDM3615T original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5AP9201214K06 by Br and P4BBAR215 spares by Baldor-Dodge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4PP120057101 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Br. |
