COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Automation Intelligence 5131371-06 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balance-Tech. products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baileigh-Industrial parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bailey product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balance-Tech. such as the D34059 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EATM321900 manufactured by Baileigh-Industrial and we are pleased to be able to service most Baileigh-Industrial systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 745110AAAN2 by Manufacturer Bailey as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bailey Brand PTSDLD1A1A1210D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Balluff such as BASS300S0P1S4 equipment made by Balluff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balluff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balluff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 500527200 made by Bach-simpson as well as the popular 8540 original spares produced by Bk-Precision Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CEM4103T5 by Baldor and BASS300S0P1S4 spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FDH35M2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Avlis-co. |
