COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Automation Direct EA7-T8C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Saia products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leitz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Beijer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Saia such as the EPCPMS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HND11X301358062 manufactured by Leitz and we are pleased to be able to service most Leitz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IXPANELT7A by Manufacturer Beijer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Maple-Systems Brand HM15104T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Idec such as HG2SSB62YHMK1312 equipment made by Idec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Idec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Idec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FX2PIF001 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular HM1520T007 original spares produced by Maple-Systems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HT60CPVerV111111BeijerHT60 by Beijer and HG2SSB62YHMK1312 spares by Idec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EZT10CFSH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Avg. |
