COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Automation Direct EA7-T10C+07Z13B011 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Intercolor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Detas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tcp product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Intercolor such as the EZ17 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GSASWD0524 manufactured by Detas and we are pleased to be able to service most Detas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HMIC0100A2P by Manufacturer Tcp as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Panasonic Brand GT11AIGT2030H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reliance such as J230170574141RREV09 equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available INX7TTC366TFT made by Ann-Arbor as well as the popular IPCBXM10DC54JIPCPOA100SH original spares produced by Contec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC693PWR330D by Ge and J230170574141RREV09 spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GL300T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Red-Lion. |
