COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Automation Direct D2-09B-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Marposs product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the DS200LPPAG1AAA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DDS021W100DS0102FW manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E4NLVDT7651002030 by Manufacturer Marposs as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Combiflash Brand EFFLUENTDIVERTER in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eemax such as ED079480T12EFD equipment made by Eemax have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eemax products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eemax" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DSC6200 made by Seiko as well as the popular DS3800HMPJ1B1D original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EH450C32VDCT by Asea and ED079480T12EFD spares by Eemax are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DSSB110 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asea. |
