COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Automation Direct , Suregear PGCN17-505M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Autotech-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bosch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Autotech-Controls such as the SACRL102M11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 38425030673842503067 manufactured by Bosch and we are pleased to be able to service most Bosch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2G5V125SF by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bayside Brand PS180040MT180040010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bestorq such as 740H150 equipment made by Bestorq have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bestorq products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bestorq" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RA9015 made by Bayside as well as the popular Microtorr11F7241527B7J original spares produced by Boston Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 135915A by Bemis and 740H150 spares by Bestorq are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F71810B5G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Boston. |
