COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Automation D4-08ND3S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bachmann products, including obsoleted and phased-out Br parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ball product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bachmann such as the AIO288 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BampR7EX484501 manufactured by Br and we are pleased to be able to service most Br systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 70200141 by Manufacturer Ball as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bc Brand BC635PCI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Br such as 8LSA86E0020D1000 equipment made by Br have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Br products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Br" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E40H820003T24 made by Autonics as well as the popular CDPX3545 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4PW035E30001 by Br and 8LSA86E0020D1000 spares by Br are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5C200119 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Br. |
