COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Automation Control Group 110165MX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Azbil products, including obsoleted and phased-out Azbil parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Autotech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Azbil such as the LJMD2502L03R12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MQV002BSRN0000D0 manufactured by Azbil and we are pleased to be able to service most Azbil systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EN359PA by Manufacturer Autotech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Avtron Brand K514D16865 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bacharach such as 517290 equipment made by Bacharach have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bacharach products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bacharach" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9SHVM2611MN000 made by Balance-Systems as well as the popular M938 original spares produced by Avtron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5AP9801505K31 by Br and 517290 spares by Bacharach are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SNSR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ballenger-Motorsports. |
