COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Automation CL-10HY parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Banner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carroll parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Clarostat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner such as the USE5612YI spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5003053101 manufactured by Carroll and we are pleased to be able to service most Carroll systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 240C by Manufacturer Clarostat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bently-Nevada Brand 24701 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Deisslingen such as 757598 equipment made by Deisslingen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Deisslingen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Deisslingen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6835205006 made by Bernstein as well as the popular XH20DB37SS50ABZ7272SM1424V original spares produced by Bei Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TP524D by Datcon and 757598 spares by Deisslingen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 300110 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Chlorinators. |
