COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Autocon F1-PR747-128/2 OK01-98298 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Unico products, including obsoleted and phased-out Maple-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Panasonic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Unico such as the IWS1834004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HM15104T manufactured by Maple-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Maple-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GT11AIGT2030H by Manufacturer Panasonic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dynics Brand INX85TTC850 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Proface such as GLC150BG41FLEX24V equipment made by Proface have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proface products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proface" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FPM3150GR made by Advantech as well as the popular HE693OIU190F original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HM1520TE by Maple-Systems and GLC150BG41FLEX24V spares by Proface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KSYZ402B2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
