COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Aurora CHC-100-R-40-180TC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Boston products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Jakob product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Boston such as the F73260B5H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EP825 manufactured by Warner and we are pleased to be able to service most Warner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ESMA500 by Manufacturer Jakob as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Boston Brand F1755B5G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bullard such as D586137 equipment made by Bullard have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bullard products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bullard" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EHYSB6125YY453 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular CHVW80 original spares produced by Flender Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CHHJ6165Y43 by Sumitomo and D586137 spares by Bullard are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F724 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Boston. |
