COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Aurora BA 00254 TF 25 HP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the AM24MA22B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A37619215HG manufactured by Amat and we are pleased to be able to service most Amat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A8600320T122 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand ACServoModel5S3000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cleveland such as A53A40B10000 equipment made by Cleveland have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cleveland products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cleveland" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ACL3158T4HGP3 made by Tierney as well as the popular A185W30A185WCEL1801W01 original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B206C39B2S221 by Kollmorgen and A53A40B10000 spares by Cleveland are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B204C31B3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen. |
