COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Augat Rdi 2M44PCA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Autocon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the 2N3A2276 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2MBI300NB06001 manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4150605RevB2CPM94274140605002 by Manufacturer Autocon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Foxboro Brand 3CLCCA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hobart such as 367563B06 equipment made by Hobart have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hobart products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hobart" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 45C410A made by Baldor as well as the popular 2MBI100F120 original spares produced by Fuji Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3051CG4A02A1AH2M5 by Fisher-Rosemount and 367563B06 spares by Hobart are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2MBI100U4B120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji. |
