COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Atron iPC1550KPT-i5-4GB-80SS-XP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Aucom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Au-Optronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Aucom such as the CSXI00654PPN3RCBPD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EPXG15L18031412 manufactured by Au-Optronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Au-Optronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EM4108T5 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Br Brand 6PPT30070220W in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bplus such as RCD35T211DNC equipment made by Bplus have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bplus products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bplus" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CP382 made by Br as well as the popular 225110031 original spares produced by Br Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XGA by Br and RCD35T211DNC spares by Bplus are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 50SM1309CCG20AAHC2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bailey-Fisher--Porter. |
