COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Atron iPC1550KPT-i5-4GB-80SS-XP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Automation-Peripherals products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aucom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aucom product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Automation-Peripherals such as the TA1002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CSXI01804PPN3RCBPD manufactured by Aucom and we are pleased to be able to service most Aucom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EMX30580B7C1H by Manufacturer Aucom as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Attabox Brand E31779 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Azbil such as MC901L33Y53 equipment made by Azbil have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Azbil products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Azbil" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R432021211 made by Aventics as well as the popular RXE8 original spares produced by B-Plus Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AV56A1CBE6YXP000 by Avtron and MC901L33Y53 spares by Azbil are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ValveLink Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Automate-Scientific. |
