COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dolan-jenner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cosa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Balluff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dolan-jenner such as the SS50010107 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ZIRCOMATP manufactured by Cosa and we are pleased to be able to service most Cosa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 516300S162S4D by Manufacturer Balluff as well.

Spare units by Baumer such as ITD40A4Y1091024HNID2SR12E10 equipment made by Baumer have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DM150S made by Cognex as well as the popular VR51 original spares produced by Binmaster

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HR62503600341 by Danaher and ITD40A4Y1091024HNID2SR12E10 spares by Baumer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
