COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Atlas Copco 4230 1902 80 BSM 2590-R2.5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fuji products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dayton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Giddings--Lewis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji such as the 2500M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2YB84 manufactured by Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Dayton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4013443990 by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Abb Brand 3GBA092510BSA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as 3HAC106741280609498A equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3170CPN60326 made by Daytronic as well as the popular 2VF284TSTFN6501BB1 original spares produced by Marathon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 35U727S335G1 by Baldor and 3HAC106741280609498A spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 261003524U1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
