COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Atlas Copco 4230 1803 80 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Valeo-Entstoert parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bodine product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 2H577 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4029011020239XSBD27067361 manufactured by Valeo-Entstoert and we are pleased to be able to service most Valeo-Entstoert systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 34X4BFCI5R by Manufacturer Bodine as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Moog Brand 305131A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as 26S40R equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2B150A2BA2K2L2ZA made by Gardner-Denver as well as the popular 3N607 original spares produced by Dayton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 33A7BEPMF1 by Bodine and 26S40R spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3985SATPMPP3000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Culter-Hammer. |
